1)  Where is Lakeland RV Center located?
We are located in Southeast Wisconsin, two miles east of I-90 between Milton and Edgerton.  We're situated approximately 30 minutes from Madison, Wisconsin and Rockford, Illinois; an hour-and-a-half from Milwaukee and approximately two hours from Chicago.  To view our specific address and location, please visit our location and hours of operation page.


2)  What are Lakeland RV Center's hours of operation?

3)  I'd like to sell my current RV.  Does Lakeland RV Center offer consignment services?
Yes, if you're interested in selling your current RV, we offer an industry leading consignment service to ensure you get the highest possible dollar value for your unit.  For more information, please see our selling your RV page.


4)  I'm interested in a specific RV model but can't find it on your website. Can Lakeland RV Center order it for me?

Absolutely.  If there's a specific RV model you're looking for but you can't find it on our website, contact us and we'll be more than happy to help you order a specific unit.  In addition, you'll be have the ability to customize your ordered unit with each of your desired options and color combinations, ensuring your new RV is exactly the RV you've been searching for.  Delivery times for ordered units vary, but typically ordered units are delivered between 2 - 8 weeks from the date of purchase.


5)  After searching available models, I can't find a floor plan to meet my specific needs.  Is it possible to customize RV's?
If you're considering a new travel trailer, fifth wheel, expandable or pop-up camper, the floor plans of these types of RV's cannot be modified.  The floor plans of twelve-foot wide park models, however, can be customized, depending on the specific park model manufacturer.  If you're interested in customizing a new twelve-foot wide park model, contact us and we can provide more information as to how to begin the customization process.


6)  Does Lakeland RV Center offer financing for new and pre-owned RV's?
Yes, we're proud to offer a wide variety of financing options for both new and pre-owned RV's.  To learn  more about the financing options available to you, please visit our financing page to begin the application process.


7)  Does Lakeland RV Center offer specialized RV insurance policies for my unit?
Yes.  If you're interested in purchasing a specialized RV insurance policy for your new or pre-owned RV, we offer a variety of options to ensure you're protected both on and off the road.  For more information on the benefits of an RV-specific insurance policy or to get your no-obligation insurance quote, please visit our insurance page.


8)  Does Lakeland RV Center accept trade-ins on both new and pre-owned RV's?
Yes.  If you're considering the purchase of a new or pre-owned RV, you can trade in your existing unit. For more information on the trade value of your current RV, please visit our trade-in value estimator to get started.


9)  Is it possible to have the RV I've purchased from Lakeland RV Center delivered to a specific destination?
Yes.  When purchasing a new RV, we can deliver your unit to a specified destination.  Delivery of new park models is free within a 50 mile radius of Lakeland RV Center, after which cost is calculated based on mileage.  Fees for the delivery of other types of units vary, with factors including size, state-to-state operation and distance traveled.

10)  Do the RV's sold by Lakeland RV Center include furnishings?
Yes.  When shopping for a new or pre-owned unit, all RV's come with the furnishings seen in the photos.  Of course, if you visit us in person, all RV's come with the furniture you see in each unit as well.


11)  Is it possible to rent an RV from Lakeland RV Center?

Unfortunately, no.  At this time, we currently do no not offer a rental program for RV's.
