CONS

A portion of the floor has replaced sub-floor, the remaining needs to be done. Do not know how the floor became soft.
The awning is off but inside the unit. Not sure of condition of it.
Currently has shelving in shower and toliet area and would need to be taken out
Little damage on outside of lower front of the camper
